HATT 3+1

Helical Advanced Technology for Truck represents an advance in belt package engineering. The 3+1 configuration adds a helically-wound nylon cap ply around the traditional 3-belt structure. A belt #1 more width ensures that the contorno of the casing alinee with the profile outer of the tire, improving the structural integrity. A shock absorber between belts #2 and #3 reduce the rigidity, optimizedo the area of contact of the shoulder and the distribution pressure.

  • Less uneven wear thanks to the pressure of patch optimized
  • Life useful of the tire dramatically extended and better retreadability
  • Better handling, safety and confort
  • Non-welded steel cables (3x7x0.22 HE / 3x7x0.20 HE) eliminate weak points
  • Uuniformity of belts superior vs. method of construction previous

Method of Elementos Finitos

See What Others Cannot. Before Manufacturing a Single Tire.

Every Hanksugi tire is sometidto a tests digitalis of effort, mapeo thermal and validation structural before reachesr the line of production.

Simulation FEM of analysis of effort of patch from Hanksugi tire showing distribution pressure of contact

Analysis of Pressure of Contact

Designed with Pressure. Proven in Movimiento.

This mapa digital of effort muestra how distributes the force in each zone of the rolling tread. The areas more warm indicate greater concentration of effort. The areas more cold reveal lower intdensity of loads.

To the analizar is patch a level microscopic, the ingenieros ajustan the rigidity of the ribs, the support of the shoulder and the balance of contact before the production. The result is a distribution of loads more inteligente and a tire engineered for stability and wear prolonged.

Simulation Thermal

Calor, Mapped with Precision.

The simulation thermal muestra how the temperaturto acumula throughout the cross-section of the tire under load. The zones more warm near the cgoldnto and the bead reveal where concentration of heat is greater during the flex and compressure.

The ingenieros refinan the location of materiales, the geometry structural and the behavior of cooling in the etapa of design. Better balance thermal, heat reduced in zones critical and a casing built for durability a speed sustained.

The cross-section outer muestrthe effort traveldo throughout the casing under load. The anillo 3D interior visualizthe behavior in movement — where forces concentrate, tuercen and redistribute in each breakage.

The ingenieros refinan the geometry dthe sidewall, the support of the rolling tread and the distribution of materiales to reduce the tension internal. A estructuroptimized for durability, stability and control thermal a speed.

Analysis of Cuerpo Completo

A Vista of Structure Completone of the Esfuerzo of the Tire.

This simulation 3D mapethe force throughout the entire body of the tire. Each tread of color revela how reaccionthe structure while the tire supports weight, flexiona during the breakage and handles the pressure across zones.

To the model the tire complete, the ingenieros optimize the rigidity, balance the deformation and control the flow of effort before they comiencen the tests physicals. A tire engineered for stable handling, better load control and greater structural life.

9 Innovations. A Tire.

Every Hanksugi tire for Anguilla is built with a set of proprietary technologies, each a engineered for rthatlver a challenge specific of performance.
