FEM stress maps show force distribution across every tread zone. Engineers fine-tune rib stiffness + shoulder support before production. Result: smarter load distribution, longer tread life, fewer premature pulls.
Thermal FEM shows exactly where a casing builds heat under load. Hot shoulders fail first. Hanksugi tunes rubber compounds + belt geometry to push heat out, not trap it in. Retreadable after 500,000 mi.
